Is this for me?
We had a relaxing time after the beach celebrating Samuel's first Birthday. He eyed his cake only slightly cautiously before jumping in. He had a fun birthday. Of course Jonathan was feeling for him as Kjirsten and Joshua clamored to be right in the middle of the action while he was opening presents. Our home movies are probably a lot of me saying, "Joshua, move out of the way of the camera!" and telling them both that the new toys were for Samuel. We had some trouble getting many pictures of him opening gifts as apparently he already wants consumer electronics instead of toys (typical male). We couldn't keep him away from the camera.
Yum!
What could this be?
Never mind- I just want the camera.

Samuel is a handsome kid. It is wonderful to have this great 1 year milestone. It looked like a great time for all and Samuel did his duty on the cake.
